How far are the buildings from Wits Main Campus?

22 Jorrison is directly across the road from a Wits entrance.
42 De Korte is 210 meters (3 minute walk) from a Wits entrance.

How do I get into the building?

Each resident will have to register their finger print into our turnstile system. Once this has been done, residents can access the building via their finger print. This system is available at 42 De Korte Street only.

Do I need to bring my own furniture?

Units in both buildings are completely furnished. Including, but not limited to, a study area, bed, kitchen and appliances.

Are there laundry facilities in the building?

Yes. Residents are encouraged to use the laundry facilities available at their convenience.

Are you approved by Wits and accredited by NSFAS?

Yes, we are an approved provider of Wits Student Housing.

Is there a booking fee?

No, we do not require a booking fee or a top-up fee.

Is there free Wifi in the building?

Yes, we provide residents with free Wi-fi.
